Based in Lisbon, The Communication Studio works directly with brands as well as alongside international agencies and partners, supporting projects in Portugal with strong local knowledge and on-the-ground execution.

Carlota Morais Pires is the founder and director of The Communication Studio. With a background in communication and media, her work focuses on the intersection of brand positioning, cultural context and experiential communication. Carlota has worked on brand launches, flagship openings and activations for international fashion, design and luxury brands, often in collaboration with international agencies and partners. Based in Lisbon, her practice reflects a close understanding of the Portuguese market and its role within a broader international landscape. Her professional and personal profile, as well as her work with The Communication Studio, have been featured in leading media outlets such as Forbes, Máxima, Observador, and Meios & Publicidade.

The Communication Studio works  in close collaboration with Diogo Noronha Studio on selected projects where gastronomy, space and experience play a central role. This partnership allows for the development of more immersive and curated brand moments, particularly in the context of brand launches, press events and experiential activations. By bringing together communication, creative direction and gastronomy, these projects approach brand experience as a cohesive whole rather than as separate disciplines. The collaboration is project-based and developed when it meaningfully adds depth and relevance to the overall narrative and experience.
