LISBON JEWELLERY BIENAL Opening at MUDE Design Museum
MUDE – Museu do Design in Lisbon hosts the presentation of two landmark exhibitions for the 3rd Lisbon Contemporary Jewellery Biennial, one of Portugal’s leading platforms for contemporary jewellery. Under the theme Coexistences, the Biennial brings together artists, curators and researchers to explore the relationships between humanity, materiality and the many worlds we inhabit. At the heart of the programme is Coexistences – Jewellery and the Beauty of the World, curated by Marta Costa Reis and Patrícia Domingues, an exhibition that positions jewellery as a medium for dialogue across the mineral, plant, animal, digital and spiritual realms. Alongside it, MUDE presents a solo exhibition dedicated to Tereza Seabra, celebrating one of the most influential voices in Portuguese contemporary jewellery. The Communication Studio led the Biennial’s PR and press office, developing its communications strategy and securing editorial coverage across national and international media in the fields of art, design, culture and lifestyle.
